OUR PRODUCTS

What are your products made from?

Our totes are made from woven polypropylene, which is manufactured from recycled plastic bottles and other reclaimed materials. Woven polypropylene is strong and durable, yet flexible, and it reproduces accurate colors and fine details. Polypropylene also has the benefits of being hypoallergenic and non-toxic. A high gloss laminate coating helps the designs to pop, and also makes them wonderfully easy to clean with just a damp cloth. That means far less potential for bacteria! The handles and seams are made from a strong nylon-webbing.

Our tablet sleeves are made from neoprene, the same material used in wetsuits.

Our iPhone covers are made from silicone.

Where are they made?

We design them here in Seattle and manufacture them in China using fair trade practices. We'd dearly love to make them here in the US, but there are very few US companies that have experience working with this material. The cost savings we achieve is passed on to the fundraising groups in terms of higher profits.

Are your products safe?

All our products meet or exceed standards set by the consumer product safety commission, so you can shop with confidence.

How long do they last?

We're proud that our products last 3 or more years even with heavy usage (several times a week).

Can you recycle them again?

Please do! When they finally wear out, just toss them in the recycling bin. Maybe it will become part of a new tote some day!

ORDERING ON THIS SITE

When I order online, is my information secure?

Absolutely. We will only ask for the personal information we need to process your order. This includes your name, physical address, e-mail, phone number and credit card information. We share this information with other companies only to the extent necessary to process the transaction and ship your order.

Your personal information will NEVER be used for any other purpose.

This site also has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of your information. Data is stored in a password protected database behind a firewall, and sensitive information is transmitted using strong SSL encryption.

Where do you ship?

To see how much shipping costs, fill up your shopping cart and enter your zip code. You'll be offered a few different shipping options. You can choose one of three shipping methods: the US Postal Service, United Parcel Service or FedEx.

For website orders, we only ship to the US. For wholesale orders and fundraisers, we also ship to Canada.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, but it may take a little longer when we are swamped. It will take another 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep, depending on whether you live next door or thousands of miles away. Are there taxes?

For orders on our site we must charge Washington State residents a sales tax. If you live in one of the other 49 states, no tax! Woo-hoo!

RETURNS and GUARANTEES

What is your return policy?

Our products are guaranteed 100%.

If you bought an item through our website, or through one of our fundraising programs, and are not completely satisfied, we will happily refund the original purchase price or replace it at our cost. Please contact customer service for a quick response.

If you bought the item at a local store, please follow that store's return policy.

LOGOS AND MONOGRAMS

Can I get my company or school's logo imprinted on your bags?

We don't offer that service. Why? Because logo imprints are a form of advertising, and the name of the game in advertising is to reach the most people possible at the lowest cost possible. We don't sell cheap bags, we sell high quality products that last.

Do you monogram your bags?

Our totes are able to be monogramed, but you'll have to order them and take care of that yourself.
