For website orders, we only ship to the US. For wholesale orders and fundraisers, we also ship to Canada.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, but it may take a little longer when we are swamped. It will take another 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep, depending on whether you live next door or thousands of miles away.

For orders on our site we must charge Washington State residents a sales tax. If you live in one of the other 49 states, no tax! Woo-hoo!

Our products are guaranteed 100%. If you bought an item through our website, or through one of our fundraising programs, and are not completely satisfied, we will happily refund the original purchase price or replace it at our cost. Please contact customer service for a quick response. If you bought the item at a local store, please follow that store's return policy.
